Another service that TRPN offers our members is 24/7 access to a TRPN representative. We provide our members with a toll-free number that they can call anytime of day or night with questions regarding their plan. We reprice all claims electronically within 24 hours so there is little waiting to see what may be owed. Also, our members' confidentiality is of the utmost importance to us.
